Kadang sentiasa

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم رحمة الله وبركاته

Semangat itu
macam angin pun ada
Kadang kencang
Kadang sepoi aja
Kadang pula tak terasa

Waktu itu
Buka youtube
Tonton video
Terasa satu rasa dekat hati
Post itu post ini
Cari itu cari ini
Kemudian lupa lagi
Mereka kata "biasalah, nama pun manusia"

Hari itu
Ke mall dengan keluarga
Bukan main tak bagi adik kakak beli Milo
"Nestle Yahudi punya, kena boikot"
Berjaya
Then adik kakak nak beli Yoghurt Bliss
Rupanya Nestle juga
Dah tak sanggup nak melawan
Lalu kalah
Kerna apa?
Tak cukup rasa?
Rasa sayang pada 'mereka'

Kelmarin itu
Flotilla ke Gaza diserang
Dihapus terus harapan tuk tiba di Gaza
Sedih ada, geram ada
Menangis pun ada
Terus post sana-sini
Semangat tiba-tiba

Hari-hari itu
Mula sibuk lagi
Duniawi dah tak boleh letak tepi
Kononnya exam dah mari
Terus berhenti

Iya
Saya cerita pasal saya
Bukan buka aib di dada
Cuma luahan sang perasa
Buat diri terasa

Saya yang katanya mau jadi hamba
Tapi terkadang lupa sentiasa
Dia perhati saya dan mereka

Disgraceful Facebook Photos of Our Palestinians

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم رحمة الله وبركاته

Astaghfirullah al-azim... Langsung Tak Boleh Diterima!
Ya Allah Sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Penghukum..

JERUSALEM – A former Israeli soldier posted photos on Facebook of herself in uniform smiling beside bound and blindfolded Palestinian prisoners, drawing sharp criticism Monday from the Israeli military and Palestinian officials.

Israeli news websites and blogs showed two photographs of the woman. In one, she is sitting legs crossed beside a blindfolded Palestinian man who is slumped against a concrete barrier. His face is turned downwards, while she leans toward him with her face upturned. Another shows her smiling at the camera with three Palestinian men with bound hands and blindfolds behind her.

The incident was a reminder of the fraught relations between Israeli soldiers and the West Bank Palestinians under their control.

Israeli soldiers have run into trouble on the social media sites like Facebook and YouTube before. Most recently a group of combatsoldiers were reprimanded for breaking into choreographed dance moves while on patrol in the West Bank town of Hebron. The dance featured prominently on YouTube.

Palestinian Authority spokesman Ghassan Khatib condemned the photos and said they pointed to a deeper malaise — how Israel's 43-year-old occupation of Palestinians has affected the Israelis who enforce it.

"This shows the mentality of the occupier," Khatib said, "to be proud of humiliating Palestinians. The occupation is unjust, immoral and, as these pictures show, corrupting."

The Israeli military also criticized the young woman, who Israeli news media and bloggers identified from her Facebook page as Eden Aberjil of the southern Israeli port town of Ashdod. No official confirmed her identity.

"These are disgraceful photos," said Capt. Barak Raz, an Israeli military spokesman. "Aside from matters of information security, we are talking about a serious violation of our morals and our ethical code and should this soldier be serving in active duty today, I would imagine that no doubt she would be court-martialed immediately," he told Associated Press Television News.

It was not clear whether the army could punish the woman, because she has finished her compulsory military service.

The comments by the woman and her friend in an exchange below one photograph suggested how casually the picture was treated, including jokes and sexual innuendoes.

"You're the sexiest like that," her friend wrote.

"I wonder if he's got Facebook!" the woman in the photograph responded. "I have to tag him in the picture!"

Aberjil did not respond to reporters' questions Monday.

The photographs were a reminder of snapshots taken in 2003 by American soldiers at Abu Ghraib prison inIraq that showed Iraqi detainees naked, humiliated and terrified. In that case, some soldiers went to prison after the photos came to light.

The photographs of the Israeli soldier and the Palestinians, by contrast, show no overt physical abuse or coercion of the prisoners, although they are ridiculed in the comments between the soldier and her friends.

Palestinians are routinely handcuffed and blindfolded when they are arrested to stop them from trying to flee.

POSTAL WORKERS BACK PLAN TO RUN GAZA BLOCKADE

بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
السلام عليكم رحمة الله وبركاته

The union for Canada's postal workers is sending a message of support to the Gaza Strip, backing a plan that would take a ship through the blockade of the Palestinian territory in the wake of Israel's suspension of mail delivery there.

The Canadian Union of Postal Workers on Thursday called on Canadians to co-ordinate with Canada Boat Gaza, a coalition of Islamic and human-rights organizations that are planning to sail a ship through the Israeli blockade this autumn to deliver aid to the Gaza Strip.

"As postal workers, we know very well that cutting off mail creates suffering and hardship for people, who are isolated from their loved ones," said Denis Lemelin, the union's national president. "How many more abuses will the people of Gaza have to endure?"

Israel Post, the nation's mail carrier, informed Canada Post this week they would no longer deliver mail to the Gaza Strip due to circumstances "beyond their control."

No specific explanation was given, but a rocket fired from the territory hit an Israeli city on July 30.

Israel paints Mavi Marmara to hide evidence of massacre

August 9 — After the Marmara ship arrived home to Turkey on Monday after the detention of it and other ships since 31 last May, Turkish Charity foundation IHH found that Israel painted the whole ship, its not ofcourse a matter of weather factors and in need of maintenance!

IHH immediately upon receiving “Marmara” ship and found out that Israel has hidden evidence that condemned it for killing peace activists on board the ship by painting it, as it was painted the ship to hide the evidence confirming the use of live ammunition and bullets against the passengers, and killed 9 of them.

The spokesman of IHH said that Israel has hidden evidence specially when the ship was exposed to thousands of bullets.

IHH said it may use the same ships, in another attempt to break the siege. (mn/Pal Telegraph)
